1. FLETE TERRESTRE

Denominaremos Flete al costo adicional que por transporte hasta la obra se debe cargar al precio de lo
se compran en la ciudad o en las fbricas.
En el caso del Flete Terrestre, como es evidente, depende de la carretera, en el que debe considerarse
a) Si es asfaltada, afirmada o trocha.
b) La ubicacin geogrfica: costa, sierra o selva.
c) La altura sobre el nivel del mar (altitud).
d) La gradiente o pendiente.

El Ministerio de Transportes y Comunicaciones Mediante D.S. No 049-2002-MTC aprob el estudio Tcnic

del costo del servicio de Transporte de carga en camin conteniendo las tablas Para la determinacin d
y los Costos correspondientes.
El D.S. No 045-2003-MTC indica en el Art. 1 que para el costo mnimo del servicio de transporte de Merc
se tomar en cuenta las Distancias virtuales contenidas en las Tablas del Anexo I Del D.S. No 049-2002
de rutas no Consideradas en dicho Anexo el costo ser determinado Entre las partes.
La capacidad plena del vehculo deber Considerarse de acuerdo a la siguiente Tabla de equivalencias,L
en concordancia Con el Reglamento Nacional de Vehculos, es decir, el Art. 34 del D.S. No 034-2001 -MT
