Company in-house education is too focused on cultivating

intellectual capital rather than psychological capital and social
capital.

The fact that I now know more about you does not mean that I
like you or that I want to work with you

As we mentioned above, Company

in-house education is often
provisional and gives immediate
reaction for short-term needs,
which is inappropriate for
cultivating global mindset fully.

Also, company in-house

education is too focused on
intellectual capital.

University should be responsible for strengthening the

education that builds students characters as global leader.

Overall balance of intellectual, psychological and social capital

should be reflected in curriculum.

Also, Curriculum should be revised to promote global

competencies by improving students curiosity for diversity,
self-esteem, intercultural empathy and communication skills.

Values

Knowledge

Interdisciplinary curriculum
that integrates knowledge
into values. One way of
doing this is to make a
small-scale of seminar class
that requires students be put
in the place of an
independent discoverer.

Global mindset education in University should be based on

bond of sympathy - leads to active participation and
experience.

Exchange program, Global engagement project,

language exchange program
Could be examples of education based on bond of sympathy.
