Conditions
A condition is a future and an uncertain event
which may or may not happen, upon which
depends the rising or extinction of an
obligation. May be suspensive or resolutory.
The fulfillment of a suspensive condition gives
rise to the birth of the obligation; while the
fulfillment
of
the
resolutory
condition
extinguishes a subsisting obligation.
