500 gr flour rye bio, raw sunflower seeds, 1 cube of yeast, salt, 10 ml olive oil, 150 ml
of lukewarm water.
Preparation
In a bowl put warm water, yeast and mix with a wooden
spoon until dissolved. Addsalt, olive oil, raw sunflower seeds and
then flour. Mix until all flour incorporate. Knead well until we get
a dough you can shape easily. Give the shape of the loaf and place in a baking tray lined
with baking paper and let it grown. When the bread has risen is inserted into the
furnace warmed up and let the baking soda over medium heat. When ready remove
from oven and let cool.

Cherry cake
Ingredients

Preparation
