Rumpa Das has an overall Training experience of 14 years across domains like
Communication Skills, Proper Grooming & Culture Sensitization and Soft Skills,
Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Content Development, Team
Bonding, Team Management & Development, Competency Development, Neuro
Linguistic Programming (Coaching and Counseling).

methodologies to create a better learning impact. She has had the exposure to being both a
