JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Study customer requirement. Review the customer drawing and get the key
requirements like functional parameters and material requirement.

Working on 2D to 3D conversion of Machine components.

Working on 2D & 3D modification work orders.

Drafting of the modeling components.

CFT Member for the project (Gally Design ) in product Design team.

B.O.M Preparation and identify the part details and quantity.

Testing requirement according to the customer is identified from the customer
drawing and Testing Preparation.

Preparation of consolidated material list, unique parts required for the Project.

Receiving RFQ and submission to costing department.

Prototype harness build activity co-ordination like Sub Assembly, Circuit
Testing, Visual Inspection and Implementing till mass production.

Ensure APQP activities are adhered, such as milestone quality gate of the
project and align with the customer project time line.

Support PPAP activities, co-ordinate for the Customer Approval.

Fit, Function, Geometry trail at pilot production and ensure the successful
launch at SOP.

Implementing the customer measure of field problem of significant and critical
characteristics.

Preparing and submission of the quotation for the products to the customer.

Carry tear down and Bench marking activity.
