ATENSO!!!
Antes de remover a chupeta do cinescpio, faa um curto-circuito entre o terminal de anodo do tubo e um ponto da malha de terra,
de modo a evitar choque eltrico, devido a carga armazenada no cinescpio.

CUIDADO!!!
Para evitar possveis choques eltricos, um transformador isolador deve ser uasado durante o servio de reparo, pois a parte viva do
chassi est diretamente ligada a entrada da alimentao AC.

INSPEO DE SEGURANA

Aps corrigir o problema original de assistncia tcnica, efetue


as seguintes inspees de segurana antes de liberar o
aparelho para o cliente:
1.

Verifique a rea onde foi efetuada o reparo, procurando por


conexes sem solda ou com solda fria. Verifique toda a
superfcie da placa, procurando por respingos ou "pontes"
indesejveis de solda.

2.

Verifique a fiao entre placas, a fim de assegurar que


nenhum fio esteja sendo pressionado ou em contato com
resistores de alta potncia.

3.

Verifique se todos os botes de controle, blindagens,


tampas, conexes de terra e ferragens de montagem foram
colocados de volta em seu lugar. Redobre a ateno ao
certificar-se de que todos os isoladores foram repostos.

4.

Procure por peas de reposio no-autorizadas


(transistores, especialmente) que possam ter sido instaladas
em um reparo anterior. Indique-as ao cliente e recomende
que sejam substitudas.

5.

Procure por peas que, embora funcionando, estejam


exibindo bvios sinais de deteriorao. Indique-as ao cliente
e recomende que sejam substitudas.

6.

Verifique os cabos de fora, procurando por rachaduras e


sinais de abraso. Recomende ao cliente a substituio de
qualquer cabo de fora com esses sinais.

7.

Verifique os valores de B+ e HV, para conferir se


correspondem aos valores especificados. Veja se seus
instrumentos so precisos; suspeite de seu voltmetro de HV
se os aparelhos indicarem sempre uma baixa HV.

8.

Verifique os terminais da antena, o acabamento


metlico, os botes "metalizados", os parafusos e todas
as outras peas metlicas expostas, procurando por
fugas de CA. Verifique a presena de fugas conforme a
descrio abaixo.

Teste de Fuga
As fugas de CA entre qualquer pea metlica exposta e a terra
geral e entre todas as peas metlicas expostas e qualquer
pea metlica exposta com retorno pelo chassi, no devem
exceder 0,5 mA (500 microampres). A corrente de fuga pode
ser medida por um dos trs mtodos abaixo:
1.

Com um medidor de fuga comercial, tal como o 229 da


Simpson ou o WT-540A da RCA. Siga as instrues dos
respectivos fabricantes para utilizar esses instrumentos.

2.

Com um miliampermetro CA alimentado por bateria. O


multmetro digital 245 da Data Precision, por exemplo,
adequado para essa tarefa.

3.

Medindo-se a queda de tenso sobre um resistor por meio


de um multmetro ou voltmetro CA alimentado por bateria.
Como a indicao "limite" de 0,75 V, os instrumentos
analgicos utilizados devem possuir uma escala de baixa
tenso bastante precisa. O modelo 250 da Simpson ou o
SH-63TRD da Sanwa so bons exemplos de multmetro
passivos para este caso. Quase todos os multmetros
digitais alimentados por bateria e com uma escala de
2 V CA tambm so adequados (veja a Figura A).

Como Localizar uma Boa Conexo de Terra


Uma tubulao de gua fria sempre uma conexo de terra
garantida, assim como os parafusos que fixam o espelho da maior
parte das tomadas CA. Caso v utilizar um desses parafusos de
fixao como terra , veja se est realmente conectado terra; para
isso, mea a resistncia entre ele e um cano de gua fria com o
auxlio de um ohmmetro. A leitura deve indicar zero ohms.
Caso no haja um cano de gua fria disposio, ligue uma
lmpada de inspeo (que no seja uma lmpada neon) de 60 a
100 watts entre o lado "vivo" da tomada e o parafuso de fixao.
Tente os dois furos da tomada, se necessrio, para localizar o lado
"vivo" da linha; caso o parafuso esteja ao potencial de terra, a
lmpada dever acender com brilho normal (veja a Figura B).

FUNO DE AUTO-DIAGNSTICO

Self Diagnosis

Supported model

Este modelo possui a funo de auto-diagnstico. Se ocorrer um erro, o LED indicador do STANDBY automaticamente comecar a piscar.
O nmero de vezes que o LED pisca, indica a provvel causa do problema. Se ocorrer uma falha que no pode ser resproduzida, com o Controle
Remoto possvel verificar uma lista das falhas ocorridas armazenadas na memria do aparelho.

1. Indicador de Diagnstico
Quando um erro ocorre, o LED indicador do STANDBY comea a piscar, indicando a provvel causa do erro. Se mais de um erro ocorrer,
ser indicado o que primeiro ocorreu.
O resultado dos seguintes diagnsticos so indicados na tela, se no houver ocorrido erro a indicao ser"0".

Manuseio da Tela de Auto-Diagnstico


Os resultados exibidos na tela de auto-diagnstico no so limpos automaticamente. Sempre verifique esta tela durante os reparos. Quando
terminar o conserto, limpe a tela de auto-diagnstico, de modo a ficar com todos os valores com ndice "0".
Se o resultado na tela no for alterado para "0", a funo de auto-diagnstico no ser capaz de detectar falhas depois de completado o reparo.

Para limpar a tela de auto-diagnstico, convertendo os ndices em "0", pressione a seguinte seqncia de botes no controle remoto:

+B sobrecorrente (OCP)
Quando ocorre sobrecorrente na linha do +B (135V) isto detectado no pino 32 do IC001 (Placa A ). Se a tenso no pino 32 do IC001 (Placa A )
for maior que 4V quando V.SYNC maior que 7 periodos na vertical, a unidade desligar automaticamente.
V-Protect
Ocorre quando e detectada a falta de pulso de deflexo vertical no pino 13 do IC001 (Placa A). A alimentao cortada quando o intervalo da forma
de onda exceder 2 segundos.
IK (AKB)
Se os nveis de RGB* no estiverem balanceados em 15 segundos aps ser acionada a alimentao, este erro ser detectado pelo IC001 (Placa A).
A TV ficar ligada mas no aparecer nenhuma imagem.
Sem tenso de (+5V) para Video Processor
Ocorre quando o protetor interno HV do IC001 detecta pulso anormal do H (freqncia) devido alimentao imprprio para IC001. TV corta alta tenso
do anodo do CRT. Detectara sem imagem e IC602, IC604 entra com falha..

1-4. REMOO DO CINESCPIO


ATENO: ANTES DE REMOVER A CHUPETA DO ANODO.
Mesmo depois de desligar a energia, existir alta tenso remanescente no CRT. Para evitar o
choque eltrico, descarregue o CRT antes de tentar remover o anodo. Aterre o anodo na malha de terra em torno do CRT.

Descarregue o anodo do CRT e retire a chupeta


do anodo.
Desligue todas as conexoes, o yoke, o neck, a
bobina desmagnetizadora e a malha de terra.

Remova a placa C do CRT.


Remova a placa montada.
Solte o parafuso de fixacao neck (yoke)
remove.
6. Solte o parafuso de fixao neck (yoke)
e retire.
7. Vire a face do CRT (montado no gabinete) para
baixo retire os suportes da bobina desmagnetizadora.
8. Retire a bobina desmagnetizadora.
9. Remova as molas de tenso e a malha de
terra do CRT.
10. Solte os 4 parafusos de fixao do CRT (localizados
um em cada canto) e retire o CRT (tenha o cuidado
de no segurar o CRT pelo pescoco).

REMOO DA CHUPETA DO ANODO DO CRT


CUIDADO: Pode restar alta tenso no CRT apos desligar a alimentao. Para evitar risco de choque eltrico, descarregue o CRT antes de tentar remover a
chupeta. Aterre o anodo na malha de terra em torno do CRT.
NOTA: Aps removida a chupeta do anodo, coloque-os (o terminal da chupeta e o anodo do tubo) em curto com a blindagem metlica do CRT.

chupeta, pois pode causar danos a mesma, durante esta operao.

SEO 2: AJUSTES PADRO

Os ajustes descritos a seguir devem ser executados quando for necessrio


um realinhamento completo do tubo ou quando o mesmo for trocado.
Estes ajustes devem ser executados com a tenso nominal de
alimentao, a menos que especificado.
Os controles devem ser ajustados como seguem:

Antes de iniciar o ajuste proceda:
1. Alimente com sinal de branco no aparelho.
2. Em seguida para reduduzir efeito campo magntico no cinecpio
posicione a face para lado Leste ou Oeste.

Mude o sinal para vermelho e azul e confirme a condio do ajuste.

Quando a pureza estiver corretamente ajustada, fixe o yoke apertando o parafuso de fixao.
Quando a pureza no ficar boa nos cantos, retoque-a utilizando
ims de disco.

Entre com sinal de branco no aparelho.


Solte o parafuso de fixao do yoke e ajuste o controle de pureza
para o centro, como mostra a figura.

Mude no gerador do sinal branco para o sinal cor verde.


Mova o yoke para trs e ajuste o controle de pureza de modo a
deixar o centro da tela verde e as laterais vermelho e azul, de

2-2. CONVERGNCIA

Convergencia Esttica Horizontal.

Antes de iniciar ajuste de convergncia:


1 Execute os ajustes de FOCO, V.LIN e V.SIZE.
2. Coloque o controle de BRILHO no minimo.
3. Coloque o Modo de contraste para PADRO.
4. Entre com o sinal de pontos.

Caso os pontos azuis nao cenverge com os pontos vermelhos e verdes,


utilize magneto de 6 pols para ajuste conforme abaixo:

Ajuste Preliminar de Convergncia

Ajuste de Convergncia nos Cantos

Antes de executar este ajuste, proceda os Ajustes de Convergncias


Estticas de Horizontal e Vertical.

Fixe um "permalloy" para corrigir a convergncia nos cantos quando


necessrio.

Coloque um sinal quadriculado (crosshatch)


a) TLH
Ajuste a convergencia horizontal dos pontos vermelhos e azul
inserindo a placa de correo TLH do DY (esquerdo ou direito).
b) YCH
Ajuste YCH para balancear o eixo Y.
c) TLV
Ajuste o YCh para balancear o eixo X.
d) XCV
Ajuste o XCV para balancear o eixo X.

Execute o ajuste do FOCO antes de executar o ajuste de Balano
do Branco. (Veja item 4-4. Ajuste do Balano de Branco))
1. Coloque padro de monoscope.
2. Coloque no modo Contraste para DINMICO.
3. Ajuste VR do Foco para obter o foco justo no centro da tela.
4. Selecione para receber os sinais branco e azul.
5. Confirme se o magenta ring no est visvel . Se caso magenta ring
notvel, ajuste o VR do FOCO para balancear magenta ring e FOCO.

Antes de executar o ajuste proceda::


-Coloque o Contraste e Brilho para PADRO.
-Coloque TV para modo de Video .
-Coloque WHBL 016 RGBB para 01
Conecte o osciloscpio nos catodos dos R, G, B da placa C.
Ajuste o Brilho para obter o valor do catodo conforme abaixo:

na tomada novamente.
Acesse no Modo de Servio.
Utilizando as teclas do controle remoto, localise os itens ajustados
para confirmar os ajustes executados.

9. Coloque PWL e BLBG para dado inicial.


(PWL: 01h e BLBG: 00h)
10. Tecle MUTING depois 0 para escrever na memria.

Conecte osciloscpio no pino 2 (B Output) do CN004.
Tecle 1 ou 4 para selecionar SADJ 004 SCOL, depois ajuste
VB2=VB3=VB4 (for PAL), VB1 = VB4 (for NTSC) pressionando 3 ou
6 , depois escreva no dado +5 passo adiante .

3-4. AJUSTES DO BALANO DE BRANCO


NOTA: necessrio executar o ajuste do FOCO antes de iniciar
o ajuste do Balano de Brancot. (Veja item 2-3. FOCO)
1. Entre no Modo de Servio
2. Coloque um sinal branco.
3. Coloque na condio a seguir:
Contraste DINMICO, PICT 006, anote o valor do WTS
depois mude para 00.
4. Tecle 2 ou 5 para selecionar o item WHBL .
5. Tecle 1 ou 4 para indicar os itens 03 GDRVe 04 BDRV.
6. Tecle 3 ou 6 para ajustar o melhor ponto do balano de branco.
7. No Cutoff, selecione WHBL 000 BKOR e 001 BKOG ajuste o
dado..
8. Execute o ajuste na condio de Highlight e Cutoff at que atingir
melhor condio.
9. Tecle MUTING depois ENTER para slavar na memria.
10. Coloque PICT 006 WTS para voltar no dado inicial.

Guia de Comandos Bsicos do Acrobat Reader 5.05

Recurso de Localizao de Componentes


Alguns manuais de servio esto habilitados com uma funo que permite localizar mais
facilmente um circuito integrado (IC) em seu diagrama esquemtico correspondente, diagrama em
blocos ou placa de circuito impresso.
Para isso, abra um manual de servio, por exemplo o do MHC-DX30 e visualize uma pgina
da lista de peas eltricas, onde existam alguns ICs listados. Ao posicionar o ponteiro do mouse sobre
a linha onde est um IC, sobre sua localizao, ou valor, voc vai verificar que aparece uma
mozinha, na verdade, o dedo indicador que fica apontando a linha. Se voc der um clique, voc
ser levado pelo programa pagina do diagrama esquemtico onde se encontra o referido IC que voc
selecionou. Vamos ilustrar o que foi explicado logo a seguir:

Abra a pgina correspondente ao diagrama em


bloco e posicione o ponteiro do mouse sobre o
IC escolhido . Quando o cursor tornar-se uma
mozinha d um clique sobre o IC.

manuais de servio possuem esse recurso.

Notas
x O tamanho da visualizao do documento na tela em nada altera o tamanho de impresso. O Zoom
de aumento ou de diminuio serve apenas para oferecer mais detalhes ou um aspecto geral do
documento visualizado.

x O painel de navegao serve para agilizar o acesso a outras pginas que no esto sendo
visualizadas. Para visualizar uma dessas miniaturas em seu tamanho normal, basta clicar duas
vezes sobre ela e ento esta ser exibida na tela.
x No possvel alterar texto, figuras ou qualquer item do documento no Acrobat Reader 5.0. Este
programa usado somente para visualizao e impresso de documentos PDF.
x Diagramas e demais folhas do documentos PDF s podero ser impressos em tamanho maior caso
a impressora suporte papel com dimenso superior ao A4, carta ou semelhante. Do contrrio s
poder ser impresso no tamanho A4 padro.

Orientao de Impresso no Acrobat Reader 5.05

possvel imprimir alguns quadros pr-selecionados de forma ampliada no Acrobat


Reader. Esse comando muito til quando necessria fazer a impresso de diagramas eltricos.
A sequncia abaixo mostra, passo a passo como selecionar uma parte de uma folha
qualquer (nesse exemplo usaremos um diagrama eltrico) e configurar sua impresso.

Temos no Acrobat Reader a barra abaixo. Leve o cursor do mouse at o boto indicado pela seta e
fique pressionando o boto do mouse.
Segurando o boto uma barra oculta aparecer, ento expanda conforme abaixo. O boto final a ser
clicado para que o comando seja selecionado o da FERRAMENTA DE SELEO DE
GRFICO (G)

Agora com o cursor selecione uma rea do diagrama que deseja imprimir de forma ampliada. A
rea escolhida nesse exemplo o quadrado de linhas espessas.

Agora v at o menu de impresso seguindo o procedimento a seguir, clicando em IMPRIMIR,


indicado pela seta:

Na janela que se abre verifique se as opes indicadas em vermelho (circuladas) esto habilitadas.
Assim, quando imprimir a rea do grfico, esta parte ser expandida por toda a folha de papel A4.

Aps a impresso verificamos que o diagrama ficou realmente ampliado, conforme exemplo:

O mesmo procedimento pode ser repetido para outras pginas dos manuais, como lista de
peas, bem como pode ser utilizado papel tamanho A3 (420 x 297 mm) para impressoras que
suportem esse formato.
Outros comandos podem ser encontrados no Guia de Comandos Bsicos do Acrobat
Reader, que tambm consta neste CD e em anteriores.
Lembramos novamente que no possvel alterar texto, figuras ou qualquer item do
documento no Acrobat Reader 5.05. Este programa usado somente para visualizao e impresso
de documentos PDF.
