TENDER SUBMISSION PROCEDURES


Instructions:
1) 3 (Three) Forms (Form T-1, T-2 and T-3) are to be submitted separately in closed
envelop with required documents stapled and with page no. All pages must be signed
by tenderer.
2) The acceptance of tender is subject to fulfilling GFR.
3) Submission of tenders without required documents and fees in proper means and
format will call for rejection of tender.
4) Other terms and conditions are as per tender format.
5) General Bid (T1, T2, T3). Technical Bid, Price Bid must be separately submitted. If all
the bids from a Vendor/Tendered are not received within due date, tender/quotation
so submitted will be rejected.
6) A security deposit of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five thousand) only in the form of
Demand draft in favour of Director, National Institute of Technology, Arunachal
Pradesh drawn on SBI, Nirjuli (code-9535) must be submitted with the quotation.
7) No advance payment is admissible for supply.
8) 25% payment is admissible for supply.
9) 55% of payment will be made after installation & commissioning of the equipments
to the satisfaction of the competent authority.
10) Remaining 10% will be made after 1 (One) month of installation for check of running
of equipments.
11) Remaining 10% will be given after warranty period.
12) Late delivery if accepted by NIT, A.P., a late fine @ 1% of ordered value per week will
be charged.
13) In case of quotations for laboratory equipments and software etc., authorised
dealership certificate is essential for acceptance of quotation. Such submitted
dealership certificate will be cross verified from original company/manufacturer for
which E-mail/Fax/Phone No. to be submitted. Procurement of items will be done
based on the norms of GFR and other rules of NIT, A.P. including recommendation of
Technical/ Evaluation committee.
14) The NIT Authority deserves the right not to produce any items as advertised or may
procure a part as advertised or it may increase/decrease with adequate valid
quotations.
15) Other Rules are GFR of Govt. of India.
16) Last dated of submission of sealed quotation is 10.01.2014 (upto 3:00 PM). Please
superscribe quotation on the top of the envelope. The quotation will be opened by
Purchase Committee of the Institute.
17) Quotations in sealed envelopes may be sent under Regd./Speed Post. Selected vendors are
to supply materials within 30 days from the date of placing supply order.

THE CONDITONS OF THE OBLIGATION ARE:
