We are a leading provider of 24hrs Alarms Monitoring services for Fire, Safety, Intrusion, Burglary, IT,
Equipment and Medical applications.

False alarms can be caused by faulty equipment, bad design, natural environmental issues or untrained
users. These services primarily assist public resources such as the police, homeland security and fire
department to validate alarm situations and therefore reduce resources used to attend to false alarms.

For customers of our 24hrs Alarms monitoring service, the benefits are evident. Residential customers
get the assurance that a professional 24hrs facility is looking out for them around the clock. Unlike
engaging unproven providers or monitoring their own alarms by SMS or mobile phone, they also need
not risk confronting criminals or missing out any alarms.

AES WIRELESS NETWORK

The weakest link in your alarm system is your transmission. Who is receiving your alarm signal? Is
anyone receiving it at all? Conventional wired transmission is prone to disruption by public works and
thunderstorms. It can also be easily sabotaged; criminals just need to cut a wire.

The Ademco AES Network is a wireless mesh network dedicated to the transmission of Fire DECAM,
Security, Motor / Freezer failure, Medical and Critical Alarms.

The AES Network was approved in 1998 by iDA, Singapore Police Force and Singapore Civil Defence
Force and attained country-wide coverage in 1999. It gradually became the defacto backup alarms
transmission in Singapore.

Started in September 2000, Ademcos security manpower services achieved tremendous growth by
securing more than 20 sites in less than 6 months.

Needless to say, we are not satisfied with putting a man there security services. All Ademco security
personnel are carefully screened and selected to comply with requirements set by Singapore Police
Force. Security personnel are also required to achieve NSRS certification, and also further trained inhouse on selected security and fire systems. Ademco Security Manpower is ISO certified.
