influencing individual investors behavior and value being 0.703 for 23 items which is
consistent and reliable.

FACTOR ANALYSIS
Factor analysis is a statistical methods used to described variability among
observed, correlated variables in terms of a potentially lower number of unobserved
variables. It is a technique that is used to reduce a large number of variables into fewer
numbers of factors. This technique extracts minimum common variance from all
variables and puts them in common score. Through factor analysis, one can fine
variables that are correlated to each other, but relatively dependent of other sets of data.
As an index of all variables, the researcher can use for further analysis.

The- Kaiser-Mayer-Olkin Measure of Sampling Adequacy is a statistics that indicates

the proportion of variance in variable that might be caused by underlying factors. It
measure varies between 0and1, and values closer to 1 are better. A value of .6 is
suggested minimum. If the value is less than 0.5, the result of the factor analysis
probably wont be very useful. In this study, the value of Kaiser-Mayer-Olkin
Measure of sampling Adequacy is 0.595[59.5%] which is more adequate.

Bartletts Test of Spherical tests the null hypothesis that the correlation matrix is an
identity matrix. An identity matrix is matrix in which all of the diagonal elements are
1 and all of diagonal elements are 0. It also indicates variable is unrelated and
therefore unsuitable for structure direction. A small value (less than 0.05) of the
significance level indicates that a factor analysis maybe useful with data.

[0.644]

INFORMATIVE FACTORS:

From the following statements the investors has to consider the changes in
the value of the stocks & consider the references of close friends and relatives, also
make a study about market fundamentals of the stocks, the information for making
stock investment, that are loaded under the informative factors shows how the
investors gets the information`s

POSSIBILITIES FACTOR:

From the following statements are the investors has to become more
possibilities of risk from their investment so the investors has to ignore the
connection between the different investments
After a prior loss , I become more risk averse[0.751]
I ignore the connection between different investment possibilities[0.630]

FIRM POSITION AND PERFORMANCE FACTORS:
