Phone Configuration
Unity VoiceMail is a voice storage and message system. It will answer your calls, deliver your personal
greeting and take messages for you. Calls will be forwarded to the VoiceMail system after 20 seconds.

For Models:
7940, 7942, 7960, 7962

Press the Messages button

Forward your calls to another phone number

Press CFwdALL

2.

Enter the Number you want to forward calls to

Remove the call forward to your VoiceMail

Notification when you have a voice message

New VoiceMail messages will be indicated on your phone by an envelope next to your name.

Depending on the model phone you have, messages might also be indicated by a red light on
your handset and a message on the display saying You have VoiceMail

Access and configure VoiceMail from your phone

To access VoiceMail press the Message button

2.

Listen to the prompts and follow instructions.

NOTE: The first time you enter your VoiceMail box, your default password will be 1234

Access VoiceMail from another phone

1.

Dial 80000

2.

When the Unity system answers, press * on your keypad

3.

Listen to the prompts and follow instructions

4.

You will be prompted for an ID. This is your phone extension number (eg. 81234)

5.

Next you will be prompted for a password. The default is 1234. (change as soon as possible)
