Children And Sports

Sports are good for children of all ages. It may be enjoyable for
children to enhance their physical activity if they take part in
organised sports and games. However, the sports activities
should be appropriate for the children. If they are engaged in
such sports which are not according to their developmental
abilities, they can lead to disappointment. Even they can lead to
early dropout. As a matter of fact, children and sports are closely
related to each other. They cant remain away from sports
activities whatever the circumstances are. In fact they have
innate tendency to take part in sports. The most important thing
is that childrens motor development should be according to the
requirement of sports.
Motor Development in Children :Motor development refers to the development of a childs bone, muscles
and ability to move around and manipulate his/her environment. In simple
words, motor development means the development of movement and
various motor abilities from birth till death.
Test and Measurement In Sports:As a matter of fact, it is very significant for the individuals to set the
objectives which they want to fulfil in a physical education and sports
programme. It is essential to determine whether or not the objectives have
been achieved. For example, if you want to improve your cardiorespiratory fitness, you will have to participate in fitness programme. After
certain period, if you do not measure and evaluate your cardio- respiratory
fitness, you may reamin in dark. Leonardo Da Vinci has rightly said, if
you are enamoured of practice without scientific ways, you are just like a
pilot who goes into a ship without rudder and compass and does not know
his destination.

Electric Current :- According to the modern electron theory, all matter

whether solid, liquid, or gas is made up of minute particles is called
molecules, which can be further subdivided into atoms.
An atom consist of cental hard core known as nucleus containing two types
of particles, one known as proton carrying positive charges and the other
neutron which is electically neutral. Infinitesimally small particles known as
electrons carrying negative charges are revolving roundthe relatively
massive nucleus in one or more ellipticl orbits.

The Autobiography of a Rupee :

The story of my birth is very Interesting. I had to pass through
different process before I came to my present form. In Fact, I came into
existence by the mixture of different metals. They were taken out from the
earth and were purified. Then they were sent to the Ailopre int. Here they
were melted and mixed. Gradually, after passing through different
machines, I acquired my Glittering shape. To add to my beauty, my
creators put beautiful designs on both of my faces. I remained there with
so many of many brothers and sisters. They were all equally beautiful and
attractive.
From my very Childhood I was out for wandering. From the mint, I
was sent to a big palatial building known as the Reserve Bank. I did not
come here alone, but along with so many others of my and sisters. One
Unknown person took hold of me. He took me to the market and
mercilessly threw me into the hands of a confectioner. He was even more
cruel to me. He struck my head on his measuring weight. From here
sometimes I went to the hands of a barber, sometimes to the hands of a
vegetable- seller, and thus continuously changed hands.
But this was not all. Harder times were were not yet to come.
One day, in the process of this exchange of hands, I found myself in the
possession of a strange person. He had a stock of my brothers and sisters.
He kept us all in big iron safe. He never took me to the market. This period
of imprisonment proved very hard for me. Being fond of Wandering, I did
not like this life of idleness. Only once a month we were all taken out and
counted by the miser. We all kept on waiting anxiously for this day of the
month. Gradually, more and more of my brothers and sisters were added to
the already big stock. But he never took any one us out. Days after days,
months after months, years after years, were passed in this jail.
At lat the day of my release came. One day some brave persons
came in the night to the misers home. They, with their sharp instruments,
cut the safe. They put us all in their bags. These friends distributed us
among themselves. My owner exchanged me for wine. Now I was with the
wine seller who also had a large stock of some others of my brothers and
sisters. But this man was not like my former owner, the miser. This man
used to give every day one round piece like myself to his son. So, I
patiently waited for months for my turn.
At last, I along with my companions, was taken out by my owner.
He gave me to his youngest son. He, with my friends, went for a picnic.
They all decided to take a dip into the river. When my owner was taking off
his shirt, I slipped out of his pocket and fell into the river. I thought that the
good old days would never return. But I was given a long lease of life by a
fisherman.

During this long life I had valuable experiences. I cause to learn

that the people were mad after me. They even began to quarrel among
themselves upon their right owner-ship upon me. Those who owned me,
and my brothers and sisters in large numbers, were held in a Esteem in
Society. In fact, they could do nothing without me. Some were so fond of
me that they never wanted to part with me.
With the passing of time, my face was deformed. People
hesitated to accept me. Those who took me tested my Genuineness in
different cruel ways. They struck me with full force either on a stone on a
brick or some piece of metal. I was now fully disgrace and hard life. I
prayed daily for death. At last the much waited day arrived, I was in the
hands of a banker. He cut me into two pieces. I was dead now.
