INTRODUCTION
Brick is the most important and the most popularly used in the construction of the wall.
Several factors may be the reason why this material is preferred as it can be customized in
any event, it is compact and durable, the colour and the fabric of the natural surface shape can
be prepared in various ways. Compared with other materials that are equivalent, the bricks
are economical and readily available. Brick is the material most dominant and influential in
the world, because the bricks are the main ingredients to form the walls of buildings There
are various types of bricks with specific intent. Skilled workers should be aware of the types
of bricks used in construction in Malaysia and the general nature contained in there.

PROCEDURE
A. Cement mixture
1. Put 3 buckets of sand into the tray.
2. Then add one package of lime cement into the tray.

3. Mix the sand with lime cement and put some water into the tray.
4. Repeat steps 1-3 until 3 package lime cement is used.
B. Brick tie
1. Designing a site according to the number of bricks that have been provided on the
board.
2. Mark a straight line using thread marker on a board.
3. Apply the mixed mortar onto the board by following the marked that have been
measured..
4. Construct the first row of bricks above the mortar that has been applied.
5. Then measure the balance of the brick using a spirit level tool.
6. Repeat steps 3-4 in the next row.
7. Apply mortar on bricks and put a layers of gauze exmet punctuated every two rows of
the brick.
8. Finish hollow section using excess mortar.
9. Allow the brick to dry.
