Opening Prayer

The Liturgy of the Word

First Reading
Ephesians 4:1 7

Proclaimed by Isabella Ma

Brothers and sisters:

When I feel afraid, think Ive lost my way, still youre there
right beside me.
And nothing will I fear as long as you are near.
You are near me to the end.
Refrain:
Now I will not forget your love for me, and yet my heart
forever is wandering.
Jesus, be my guide, and hold me to your side.
I will love you to the end.
Refrain:

As a prisoner for the Lord, I beg you to live a way that is

worthy of the people God has chosen to be his own. Always be
humble and gentle. Patiently put up with each other and love
each other. Try your best to let Gods Spirit keep your hearts
united. Do this by living at peace.
All of you are part of the same body. There is only one Spirit
of God, just as you were given one hope when you were
chosen to be Gods people.
We have only one Lord, one faith, and one baptism. There is
one God who is the Father of all people. Not only is God above
all others, but He works by using all of us, and He lives in all
of us. Christ has generously divided out his gifts to us.
The Word of the Lord.
All: Thanks be to God.

Responsorial Psalm
At the Center of My Heart

Carey Landry
Sung by Bill Guan & Dustin Wong

Yes Lord! she replied. I believe that you are Christ, the Son
of God. You are the one we hoped would come into the world.
Priest: This is the Gospel of the Lord.
All: Praise to you, Lord Jesus Christ.
Rev. Bart Landry, CSP

At the center of my heart you have made your home, Jesus,

my Lord and my God. At the center of my heart you have
made your home, Jesus, my Lord and my God.

Prayers of the Faithful

Read by Graduates

All: Lord, hear our prayer.

For Pope Francis and Archbishop Cordileone, that they will
make wise decisions for the Catholic Church and that God will
fill them with joy and courage. We pray to the Lord.
All: Lord, hear our prayer.

Jesus told her, Your brother will live again!

Martha answered, I know that he will be raised to life on the
last day, when all the dead are raised.
Jesus then said, I am the one who raises the dead to life!
Everyone who has faith in me will live, even if they die. And
everyone who lives because of faith in me will never die. Do
you believe this?

For our parents, who have stood by us during our time here at
St. Marys, we pray that they will always be patient and
continue to believe in us as we grow older. We thank them for
giving us the opportunity to go to St. Marys School. We pray
that they will live long, healthy, and happy lives. We pray to
the Lord.
All: Lord, hear our prayer.

We pray for the teachers and administrators of St. Marys

School. May God inspire them and guide them in their ministry
to teach as Jesus taught. We pray to the Lord.

Presentation of Roses to the Faculty and Staff

the values of St. Marys: to learn, to love, to live. We pray to
the Lord.
All: Lord, hear our prayer.
We pray for the Paulist Fathers and the Sisters of St. Joseph of
Orange. May God bless them and inspire them in their mission
to bring the Good News to all they encounter here at St. Marys
School, Holy Family Parish and Old St. Marys Cathedral. We
pray to the Lord.

Here I Am, Lord

Daniel Schutte, S.J.

I, the Lord of sea and sky, I have heard my people cry.

All who dwell in dark and sin. My hand will save.
I who made the stars of night, I will make their darkness
bright. Who will bear my light to them? Whom shall I send?

All: Lord, hear our prayer.

Refrain:

We pray that Archbishop Cordileone will be enlightened by the

Holy Spirit to better understand the mission of St. Marys
School to the San Francisco Chinatown community. And we
pray that the St. Marys School community will be filled with
patience, courage and determination in our effort to lift the
suspension as soon as possible. We pray to the Lord.

Here I am, Lord. Is it I, Lord? I have heard you calling in

the night. I will go, Lord, if you lead me. I will hold your
people in my heart.

All: Lord, hear our prayer.

I, the Lord of snow and rain, I have borne my peoples pain. I

have wept for love of them, they turn away.
I will break their hearts of stone, give them hearts for love
alone. I will speak my word to them. Whom shall I send?
Refrain:

I, the Lord of wind and flame, I will tend the poor and lame. I
will set a feast for them. My hand will save.
Finest bread I will provide till their hearts be satisfied. I will
give my life to them. Whom shall I send?
