Daily reinforcement, re-check or backup inspection process is conducted to re-verification of the

product / sizes inspection to ensure product quality.

Daily reinforcement inspection process, re-checking or backup inspection procedure / process is

conducting to verification of the product or process, product sizes where all the dimensions,
sizes, and other product specific requirements are verified, checked and inspected as per random
system, in the random system, the product is conducted randomly for inspecting the product sizes
to ensure that the product sizes, product standard and technical requirements are as per
requirements and customer technical and end application requirements. The documentation for
daily reinforcement is established by quality department to ensure the product quality on the end
of the final product / finalize product, the system is needs to verify final product randomly as the
requirements of technical and standards. In the daily reinforcement inspection, there are many
types of inspection are conducted, there are mostly dimensions and visual checking is conducted
as the normal process of inspection, hence other inspection is conducted as per product standards
and technical requirements.

Daily reinforcement check / inspection is established by quality manager, and quality manager is
responsible for conducting all the testing / inspection and verification are managed in the
workplaces to concern product standards, product technical and specific requirements to
verification and improvement of product quality. Quality manager is also responsible for
selection of qualified quality inspector to conduct daily reinforcement check for verification by
standard gauges to dimensions checking of products sizes. Quality inspection team is
conducting daily reinforcement check as random selections of the product as well as sizes to
verification to makes secure side of the quality and minimize risk of deliver low quality product

Daily reinforcement check is format that used for verification and inspection processes of
products sizes and quality by dimensional inspection and visual inspection, other inspections in
daily reinforcement checking is conducted as per product standards, technical requirements and
specification which are needs to deliver to customers as per its end application and product
requirements. The documentation are maintained and update by quality department and all the
records are managed as per standard system. Quality manager is handling all records which are
comes in form of documents as the result of inspection processes, each document is verify by
quality manager and determine actions for improvement of product, in case any processes,
product, raw materials or any other factors affecting product quality that quality manager is
discuss with management for the improvement or amendment of current system accordingly.
