Communications Plan
This document outlines project marketing and advertising channels, as
well as the communications strategy and related activities for the 2015
State of the Nation Address screening and public dialogue at the Steve
Biko Centre. All activities are summarized in the Communications
Schedule section.
The objectives of this plan are to:
Create hype and keep awareness about the 2015 State of the
Nation Address (SONA) screening and public dialogue at the
Steve Biko Centre;
Detail the activities, framework and platforms to be used for
communications about the SONA screening and public dialogue;
and
Guide consistent, clear and concise messages across all
communication platforms at all times.
Target Audience
The target audience for the 2015 SONA Screening & Public Dialogue
consists of:
Community members and groups
Academics & Students;
Government Employees
Members of the public.
