1969 which will allow space for 360 pupils in 12 classrooms.

by defeating Pellston 59 47. Eight
days later, however, Pellston
squeezed out a 56 55 overtime
vtctory to eliminate the Rams
from District tournament play.
Alanson~ bid for fame came
a week later when the VIkings defeated Pellston 81 -74 to captur
the Class D District Champiol')hlp at Cheboygan. It was th
first championship for the VIkings
in 23 years and Infected Alansonltes with a touch of tourna.rnent
