• Identified a potential for e-learning to be utilized to reduce classroom time


for training. In first year of release, realized 47% completion of topic online
versus traditional classroom delivery reducing time away from work location.

• Researched and utilized new technology to deliver blended learning for a safety
course. Changes resulted in labor cost savings over $20K in first year.

• Manage the scheduling and facilitation of over 1200 classes per year that
supports 24/7 operational schedules. Directly supervise three Safety Trainers
and lead a team of 28 field trainers. Personally facilitated 1200 classes over
four year period.
