Enforcement by the Police Staff in the field is not proper while transporting
animals.

Animal Welfare Rules 2011 should be followed. The Delhi Govt. has already
notified Animal Welfare Rules. The Animal Husbandry Department may
collect copy of the same and examine for suitable adoption.

Money should be charged from the owners of animals caught by the District
Administration before returning them back to the owners. The money
collected could be utilized for animal welfare.

All the slaughter houses should be modernized and proper hygiene and
cleanliness be maintained.

Licences of slaughter houses be issued under Food Safety Act, after they
meet the requisite criteria

All the slaughter houses must have the provision of Effluent Treatment
Plant.
7. The Committee will again meet after three months to review the action taken by the
Department /DCs on the decisions taken.
