Section 1 Claim Submission Process

Please follow any one of the 2 claim submission process mentioned below:

ONLINE Claim Submission Process:

1. Visit www.redemptionsupport.com and enter valid redemption code mentioned above, post that
claims status page will open.
2.

Click Online Claim Submission.

3. You will be directed to document upload page. Upload the following documents and click send button
to complete online claim submission process:
a.

A scanned copy/image of the Purchase Invoice

b.

Scanned copy/image of the bar code sticker from the Notebook box

c.

A scanned copy/image of ID proof

4. On clicking Next button, you will be taken to the payment gateway. Follow the steps mentioned
to make the payment.
5. On successful payment, you will receive 2 emails:
A. Payment Confirmation from redemptionsupport.com website
B. Auto generated Payment Confirmation from payment gateway vendor EBS
This confirms that your documents were successfully uploaded and the payment was
successfully done.
6. Solutions (a div. of TLG India Pvt. Ltd.) will then validate the documents and send an Order
Approval Email within 5 days which will contain details and timelines of gift email. The warranty
certificate will be emailed to you within 30 days after you receive Order Approval Email.

OFFLINE Claim Submission Process:

1. Kindly ensure that all the following documents are received at our Redemption cell by 20th
June' 2015, failing which claim will not be processed.
a.

A A copy of the Purchase invoice

b.

The original cut out of the bar code sticker from the Notebook box.

c.

A copy of ID proof (any one of driving license, PAN card, Election Card, Passport, Aadhar card)
d. A Demand Draft or at par cheque (if applicable) of amount Rs. 2999, drawn in favor
of TLG India Pvt. Ltd.

Note: Please mention your Redemption Code on the courier/post that you will send.

4. On receiving the documents, Solutions (a div. of TLG India Pvt. Ltd.) will then
validate the documents and send an Order Approval Email within 5 days which will

To know latest status of your claim:

or serial number of notebook to check status of your claim. If you wish to write back
to us, use Compose Mail section or Email section.

Via SMS: Send the following SMS to 53030: CLAIM "space" <redemption
code>


Via Callback: If you want to talk to our representative, you need to send SMS
REDHELP to 53030, our representative we will contact you within 4 Hours, in case
of non-response from your number, you will be intimated through SMS
