responsibilities included cash forecasting, management of collections, application functions, bad debt
reserves. Prepeared weekly comprehensive reporting for Sr Mgmt Op call. Recreated dept in new location,
implemented new system and developed credit card acceptance programs.
Reduced past due AR to ave less than 4.0% per month in 2015

2008-2009
North American Credit & Collection Manager
Consumer Hardware division of The Stanley Works, with market presence in USA and Canada. Objectives
included updating processes of this division, a still recent acquisition of The Stanley Works. Formerly a
privately held company for over a century, challenges were to integrate & focus on customer expectations
awareness throughout the order-to-cash cycle, enhance technological tools, develop personnel, manage credit
risk, and maximize cash flow & decrease dilution via deductions in an eroding sales environment.
