Google has decided to develop an application to judge the performance of its employees and to give
feedback about their progress. This application will be used by the managers. Before starting
development, a survey is conducted to gather the user characteristics. The summary of user profiling is
illustrated below.
Among managers, attitude and motivation towards computers is generally high, as 82% perceive
