Our sandwich platters are pre-cut and served as a selection. Please specify if you wish to include

All dishes are served cold and based on vegetable and chicken dishes. Special dietary requirements

7. Drinks & nibbles, tapas & canaps


The drinks packages include staff during the week, but do not qualify for sale or return. They
provide each guest with approximately 2 glasses of wine and 1-2 glasses of soft drink. The nonalcoholic Option D is the exception, where you get 2-3 glasses of soft drink. Special dietary
requirements can be provided in most cases.

11. Service & delivery


Service
Waiting Staff can be provided if required. As a guide we recommend one member of staff for each
twenty customers when food is required, and one member for each fifty customers when drinks only
are required.
Where out of hours events are required, there will be a charge of 20 per hour (Monday-Friday after
17:00), and 30 per hour (Saturday and Sunday) with a minimum of 3 hours per member of staff.
For this service we require 5 working days notice.
Delivery Charge
Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00 (term time) and Monday to Friday, 08:30
to 17:00 (vacations). Delivery charges may apply outside these operational hours.
