ABSTRACT
Women are a major target and vulnerable group that require special
attention, especially for pregnant women. Monitoring of women during
pregnancy is essential, particularly for pregnant women who has certain
health risks. The purpose of this study was to determine the distribution
of women in high-risk pregnancy, knowing the distance to the health
facility and perform spatial analysis for women in high-risk pregnancy.
This research used the observational analysis with cross-sectional
approach. Population of this study was 136 respondents. This study use
total sampling methods with 31 respondents. This study use ArcGIS 10.2
program for calculated the datas. The results are distribution of women in
high-risk pregnancy map and their health facilities that located in the
region of Puskesmas Jatiyoso with scale of 1: 25,000. The map presents
information on the distribution of women in high-risk pregnancy, health
facilities, pregnant women and their distribution of health facilities, map
of the nearest health facility. The map shows that all women in high-risk
pregnancy scattered throughout the neighborhoods with basic health
facilities. affordability of health services for pregnant women used the
interval distance of ten kilometers.
