Please see their attached letter. | advised the Maluskies that this matter would be presented to Counei. ‘According to the owners, the septic system associated with the house at 316048 Highway 6 encroaches anto the road allowance. Acquiring a portion ofthe road allowance and merging that parcel with the Maluskie property would resolve the problem. ‘A drawing showing the location of the property and the road allowance is also attached, ‘Before consideration is given to this request, Council is advised to consider whether this unopened road allewance is required for the Township's long-term plans for Wiliamsford. | would be pleased to be part of these discussions. / Ron Davidson, RPP, MCIP Planner WAYNE AND.
