Facebook on USSD

Product Flow & Key Features

The following features will be charged through the customers subscription

1. Login to Facebook: To start using the service customers will use their Facebook ID or registered Mobile
number (MSISDN in international format) with Facebook by dialing a simple USSD String e.g. *325#.To
use the service the customer needs to have a Facebook account. The process is illustrated in detail in the
chart below :

2. Paying for the service: Once a customer has registered for the service she will need to buy a bundle in
order to use the service. A registered customer without a bundle - or with an expired bundle - whenever
she will attempt to use the service will be prompted to buy a bundle by selecting a bundle of her choice
from the pulled menu. The process is illustrated in detail in the chart below:

3. Update Status: Once customers have registered and paid for service they will be able to update their FB
status from anywhere and anytime through USSD by dialing the same USSD string *325# and selecting
update status from the pulled menu i.e. by replying 2. The process is illustrated in detail in the chart
below :

4. News Feeds: Registered and subscribed customers will also be able to access news feeds from their FB wall
through USSD by dialing the same USSD string *325#and selecting New Feed from the pulled menu
i.e. by replying 1. The process is illustrated in detail in the chart below :

5. Friend Requests: Registered and subscribed customers will also be able to find new friends and access
friend recommendations through USSD by dialing the same USSD string *325# and selecting Friend
Request from the pulled menu i.e. by replying 4. The process is illustrated in detail in the chart below:

6. Posts: Once customers have registered and subscribed to the service they will also be able to post
something on a friends wall through USSD by dialing the same USSD string *325# and selecting Post
On Wall from the pulled menu i.e. by replying 3. The process is illustrated in detail in the chart below :

7. Messaging: Registered and subscribed customers will also be able to send messages to their friends
Anytime, Anywhere through USSD by dialing the same USSD string *325# and selecting Messages
from the pulled menu i.e. by replying 5. The process is illustrated in detail in the chart below :

8. Notifications: Registered customers will also be able to check out all their notifications through USSD by
dialing the same USSD string *325#and selecting Notifications from the pulled menu i.e. by replying
