    Ifyouareawayforatestyoumustseemetoscheduleanalternate
    versionofthetest(BEFOREthetestdate).Allstudentsaregiventheoption
    ofattemptinganalternateversionoftestsandassignments(rewrites).In
    ordertodothis,astudentmustfilloutaRequestforRewriteform.This
    formasksthatthestudenthasnomissingassignmentsandhascompleteda
    studyplanthathasbeenapprovedbyme(oneprep/sparespentstudying,or
    onehalfhourspentafterschool).ONLYONEOFTHESEAREALLOWEDPER
