Entry fee with late fee of ` 500/- from 13th Sept. to 15th Sept.
2016 (Evening 20.00 hrs). However, entry fee will be
collected on 16th morning with late fees subject to pairing in
the second (2nd) round.

Free dormitory accommodation will be provided for
outstation players at Kalinga Stadium (1 km Distance from
the venue). Bed, bedsheets & pillows will be provided on
hire basis.
Players can avail dormitory accommodation from
15.09.2016 (Thursday - 07.00 AM) to 19.09.2016 (Monday
- 12.00 AM).
PICK N' DROP : Free Pick-up & Drop facility from venue to
Kalinga stadium (For players only)
Limited three star AC Room is available at the Venue @ `
2,000/- per day on first come first serve basis.
The players who want to stay at venue they can send a three
players list (triple sharing) after depositing entry fees along
with AC room fees at a time in our bank account.
Players have to inform by e-mail immediately by mentioning
players name, FIDE ID, date and time of arrival at the venue
only after depositing entry fees in our bank account.

TRANSPORT
The distance from railway station to venue is approximately 2
kms. and from airport to venue is approximately 4 kms.
Participants have to directly report at the venue
/KalingaStadium as per their accommodation.

FOODING
Lots of restaurants are available inside / outside the venue.

TOURNAMENT RULES
System of Play :The tournament will be conducted as per FIDE
laws of chess.
Time Control : 60 minutes plus 30 seconds increment from move
1 for entire game.
Tie Break : In case of a tie, the latest FIDE rules shall come in to
effect. The cash prizes however will not be shared.
Cheque : Top two ranking holders of main prizes will be given by
cheque.
Demand Draft : Online transfer & Demand Draft are also
accepted.
Mode of communication : Please use following mode of
communication after bank deposit : a) Email, b) WhatsApp
099858-19980 (only SMS not call).
Refund : If any player deposits entry fees earlier date & he/she
could not take part in the tournament for some reasons then his/her
entry fees will be refunded.

(Other 8 rounds will be declared from the starting of the tournament)

E-mail confirmation without deposit of entry fees in our

bank account is not accepted.

Spot entries for 1st round at the venue will not be accepted.

Only paid entries will be treated as confirmed.
