WALLS CONTINUE TO CAVE ON CUOMOS HOOSICK FALLS CRISIS

Governor Cuomo better cancel his summer plans: he has emails to dig up and some
explaining to do to the Federal Government and state Assembly.
If for 18 months someone ignored telling New Yorkers they were drinking toxic water and
then expected not to be investigated, exposed or held accountable, theyre delusional because thats
criminal.
I cannot thank my colleague and friend Congressman Chris Gibson enough for his relentless
efforts to help the people of Hoosick Falls and Petersburgh. Todays news that the United States
Congress Committee on Oversight and Government Reform has joined the people of Hoosick Falls,
Petersburgh and myself in demanding answers from Governor Cuomo, his administration, and the
Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is another small but important victory. Clearly, our partners
at the federal level too have seen the gross malfeasance committed by the Cuomo administration and
EPA.
The Cuomo administration can no longer run from their incredibly poor and inept
judgement. Its time for the facts to come out and find out who was responsible for covering up this
health and public safety epidemic.
And, let me be clear: the media and public should not accept that these emails no longer
exist because of the Governors absurd 90 day email deletion policy. Do not let him hide behind his
cowardly policies in an effort for you to seek answers.

Editors Note: Copies of the letters to the EPA and Governor Cuomo.
