The above results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at their respective
meeting held on 8th February,2O'|6, The Statutory Auditor have carried out the Limited Review as required under Regulation 33
of the Securities and Exchange Board of lndia (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 201S.

The financial result have been prepared following same accounting policies and practices as those followed in the annuat
financial statement for the year ended 31st March, 2015.
The Company is primarily engaged in Tourism business. There is no other identifiable, reportable segment in accordance with
AS-17 issued by lCAl, hence segment wise reporting is not given.
The figures for the previous period/year have been regrouped/rearranged wherever necessary to make them comparable with the
current period's figures.

on these financial statement based on our review.
$/e have conducted our review in accordance with the Standard on Review Engagement (SRE) 2410, Review of
Interim Financial Information Performed by the Independent Auditor of the Entity issued by the Institute of
Chartered Accountants of India. This standard requires that we plan and perform the review to obtain moderate
assrlrance as to whether the financial statements are free of material misstatement. A review is limited primarily
to inquiries of company personnel and analytical procedures applied to financial data and thus provide iess
