Relevancetogenderindicator:Menstillmakeupthemajorityofpeopleemployedinallthreesectors,butthegendergapisbiggestinindustry.Employmentinagricultureisalso
maledominated,althoughnotasmuchasindustry.Segregatingonesexinanarrowrangeofoccupationssignificantlyreduceseconomicefficiencybyreducinglabormarket
flexibilityandthustheeconomysabilitytoadapttochange.Thissegregationisparticularlyharmfulforwomen,whohaveamuchnarrowerrangeoflabormarketchoicesandlower
levelsofpaythanmen.Butitisalsodetrimentaltomenwhenjoblossesareconcentratedinindustriesdominatedbymenandjobgrowthiscenteredinserviceoccupations,
