Prepare proper junk catcher with deployment sub, install to wireline / slick
line tools string.
b)
Check and record anchor latch S/N, then measuring tools string length
and sizes.
c)
RIH with speed not more than 250 ft. / min. Slow down when pass
restriction nipple profile and perforation zone as when tagging top of
fluids.
d)
Check tension 50 ft. above TTS plug before latching. Slowly down to
latching, and ensure to be latched by making over pull 100 200 lbs.
from normal tensions.
e)
Activated jar down shear screw to release junk catcher. Pick up normal
tension and tools free. POOH.

c) Using the cable mark for getting on depth with slowest upward speed
(30ft min maximum). Verify the depth to be set with the distance of CCL
to middle seal element. Record SITP before and after setting.
d) Initiate firing sequence to set the TTS packer. Check for setting
indication by sudden decrease of tension. Wait for 5 minutes to make
sure MSST is elongated and the plug seal material is energized. Before
and after firing need to check and record pick up tensions.
Note: The reason for avoiding correlating with actual TTS packer
run and using marked cable to get on depth is to prevent getting
stuck due to the swelling of the element.
e) POOH to the surface, close swab valve, bleed off pressure and retrieve
the setting tool out of the lubricator. Inspect the MSST, redress and
clean it for the next job. Re-new cable head if necessary.
Caution: Beware of pressure trap when redressing MSST
Caution: During RIH if Packer gets stuck on nipple
Recommend to fire MSST to set Packer, and then retrieve later
on.
NOT recommend to break weak point (Tools String will become fish with
Explosive).
f) Contingency Plan: If MSST Tool doesnt activate and packer fails to set.
In form to customer representative onsite.

Repeat step to pull out and run with difference speed to and pick
up 100-200 lbs. to verify successful latch.
If jar down to shear of running tool not success increase the time to
jarring.
If not success to latch confirm to customer representative onsite to
pull out of hole to surface investigate check.
Caution: While pull out of hole slow down pass thru at
restriction area.
3) Set Top TTS Retrievable Packer with top section flow tubing
a) Make up TTS Retrievable packer complete with Equalizing sub, Flow
tube and Anchor Latch seal assy with setting tool.
Remark: Select the shear screws on anchor latch all way the lower one
stronger that the top one
b) >>Make up proper size of TTS Retrievable Packer with E-line / Slick line
tools string. Check and record TTS S/N, Equalizing sub S/N, anchor
latch S/N then measuring tools string length and sizes.
c) RIH with retrievable TTS Packer with speed not more than 250 ft. / min.
Slow down when pass restriction nipple profile and perforation zone as
when tagging top of fluids. Monitor CCL depth and tensions.
d) Using the cable mark for getting on depth with slowest upward speed
(30ft min maximum). Verify the depth to be set with the distance of CCL
to middle seal element.

e) RIH tools string with TTS top section assembly. Then Before latch check
normal pickup weight then run down slowly to latch top of bottom TTS
packer (If unable to latch change different speed) Pick up 100-200 lbs.
over pull to verify Anchor Latch was successful. Ensure setting depth is
correct. Record SITP before and after setting.
f) Initiate firing sequence to set the top TTS packer assembly. Check for
setting indication by sudden decrease of tension. Wait for 5 minutes to
make sure MSST is elongated and the plug seal material is energized.
Before and after firing need to check and record pick up tensions.
Note: The reason for avoiding correlating with actual TTS packer
run and using marked cable to get on depth is to prevent getting
stuck due to the swelling of the element.
g) POOH to the surface, close swab valve, bleed off pressure and retrieve
the setting tool out of the lubricator. Inspect the MSST, redress and
clean it for the next job. Re-new cable head if necessary.
h) Rig down tools string and equipment.
Caution: Beware of pressure trap when redressing MSST
