at about 11 in the morning, at home in my apartment that I cook for myself, of scrambled eggs, fresh colombian coffee and some sort of dough, like Colombian dough made of wheat flour, or arepas, sometimes, instead of drinking coffee, I would make a few cups of hot Brazilian chocolate. For lunch at 12, and dinner on the weekends at 6, I usually cook chicken breast or beef with white rice, potatoes, and a salad with many vegetables. During the week I sometimes make a breakfast of Colombian dough, early in the morning at about 8, which I fry either n a lot of oil, or a little, or I make arepas a lot, with slices of Brazilian cheese, or an omelette with onions and sweet peppers. I usually drink hot Brazilian chocolate, or Colombian coffee, or sometimes I make lime juice. I try to always eat healthy, so I usually cook chicken breast or thigh with white rice cooked in some olive oil. And I drink juice. I try to drink water during the day too.
