Presently working with IIFL since Jan 2007 and i was assigned to set up Noida
-63 hub, I had successfully established the business hub and was associated
with it since its inception and was responsible for turning just 10 members
team to 100 with successfully driving sales and revenue targets, achieved
and broken all sales targets.
Started with recruitment and talent hunt and associated people from all parts
of industries to join IIFL and built team with semi skilled and freshers.
I was responsible for their training and sales part and to trained them to meet
the industry standards.
Started the business with scratch and was able to drive the business to the
level wherein in hub is still the leader in terms of business and sales.
Started innovative ideas to use summer interns as trainees and associated
