    Points To be followed While Making Check Prints.


    1. Highlighter should be used for marking correct Dimensions/RF Etc.
    2.Pen should be used to mark incorrect Dimensions/RF Etc.
    3. Each Drawing sheet should include the name of Drafting person, Checker & Engineer.
    4. A file should be maintain to keep the record of all check prints of the project.
    5. Check list will be attached to each check print to spot checking items w.r.t shop drawings.
    6. Draftsperson will bear the main responsibility to check drawings, seal quantities& corrections made
    7. Checker/Lead draftsman will share the responsibility with the draftsman in case of any glitches occu
    8.Engineer in charge will not be responsible for any error in dimensions of the elements, however rein
    prestressing strands/Connections will be checked by Engineer.
    9. All Folders of respective project should be properly maintained on designated server.
    10. All above mentioned clauses will be effective from 02-May-2016
    11.Production Department will not allow to proceed the production of any drawings without naming of
    Draftsman.
