Reflection
(Minimum of 3-4 sentences per question)

1. Briefly describe the field experience. What did you learn about technology coaching and technology leadership from completing this field
experience?
I filled in for Summer School during Algebra session. There I used a variety of instructional technologies to facilitate the class and differentiate lessons and
assessments. Some of the technology was new to the students, such as the graphing calculators, so I had to ensure students knew how to use them and
provide instructions on its use.

2. How did this learning relate to the knowledge (what must you know), skills (what must you be able to do) and dispositions (attitudes, beliefs,
enthusiasm) required of a technology facilitator or technology leader? (Refer to the standards you selected above. Use the language of the PSC
standards in your answer and reflect on all 3knowledge, skills, and dispositions.)
Knowledge I had the knowledge to create the different instructional technologies that would be used with the students.

Skills I had the skills to implement this Algebra material and to implement the technology successfully.

Dispositions I really enjoyed showing the students how to used different technologies and believe the students were also excited to learn it as well,
especially on the graphing calculator.

3. Describe how this field experience impacted school improvement, faculty development or student learning at your school. How can the impact be
assessed?
The students enjoyed seeing a new teacher with new tools and assessments since many students dont want to be in summer school anyway. Other teachers
who teach algebra as well as my future Algebra courses can use the power points that I created.
