:During,eithertimewhenyouaredoneearlywithyourwork,orduringsettimefor
anchoredactivitiesyouwilleachbeworkingindependentlyonaspecialSukkotproject.Wewill
becreating,advertisementsfora.Inyouradvertisements,whichshouldbe
doneneatlyandcreativelyusingdrawingsordioramaexamples,theremustbeseveralrules

decorations.Thisshouldnotbeyourmainfocusthough.Eachadvertisementshouldincludea
pictureoftheSukkah,threerulesfromourMishnayotrelatedtotheSukkahyouaretryingto
sell,apriceandbriefdescriptionofwhysomeoneshouldbuythisSukkah.
Materials:Blanksheetsofcoloredpaper,pencils,pens,markers,crayons,scissors,tape,
Mishnah.Allofthesesuppliesmaybefoundinthebackoftheroom.Whenyouareworkingon
youradvertisementproject,pleasetakethematerialsneeded
byyourself.
Ifyoucompletethis
andstillhavetime,pleasegotothenextsheetforinstructions.

Purpose
:Thepurposeofthisactivity/projectistoallowyou,thestudent,toenrichyour
knowledgeofthefirstperekofSukkotinafunandcreativeway.Thisismeanttobedone
independentlyandduringclass.Bymakingthesebeautifuladvertisements,youwillbeshowing
meandyourselfthatyouareabletoreadtheMishnahandunderstandthemainpointsand
ruleswediscussed.Youwillbeapplyingthatinformationinacreativeandthoughtfulway.
