The Courts May 13, 2016 Findings of Fact (Doc. 1677) should be revised in the
following aspects. Changes are noted by underlining.

1. Paragraph 76 should state: On January 31, 2012, Chief Deputy Sheridan was

22

present at a meeting of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors at which the

23

Board discussed with the County Attorney the preliminary injunction granted by

24

this Court, and the Defendants appeal of that injunction.

25

2. Paragraph 275 should state: Further, as of the first day of the evidentiary hearing,

26

Defendants had not yet produced additional responsive documents that were

27

ordered by the Court in February.

3. Paragraph 415 should state: In February 2015, Special Investigator Vogel further

clarified his role with Ms. Iafrate.

4. Paragraph 890 should state: Had the evidence that Defendants withheld from the

Court and the information to which it led been presented at trial, the Court would

have entered injunctive relief much broader in scope.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this Courts Findings of Fact filed on May

13, 2016 (Doc. 1677) are hereby amended to incorporate the aforementioned alterations.
