They are to guide you to making this format usable to the student. Insert page breaks
where needed to make your final document flow together. Please name the document
with course code, section #, and synonym # (e.g. CIS-100-SB01, Syn. # 12345) and e-mail
to your Supervisor (in Word format) for review at least five (5) days before the class

Other Information
Any other information relative to the class should be included here. Will the class have

This syllabus must be reviewed by an Instructional Supervisor and placed in the official course
file at the location where the course is taught. CMC is required to have a syllabus on file for each
credit course. It must include the colleges grading system, which may be found in the college
catalog. The syllabus should be as detailed as possible and handed out at the first class session.
