The mission of the Caldwell library is to ensure that students and staff
have access to and are effective users of ideas and information,
while providing opportunities to develop a desire for life-long

The mission of the library supports the mission of the school in its
entirety. The library seeks to be the nurturing environment for
meaningful learning experiences through quality teaching.

Library Scheduling

The library operates on a fixed/flexible schedule

Open checkout hours are daily from 8:00 am-9:30 am and 2:00 pm
3:30 pm

The librarian is responsible for RTII/Intervention for the Tier III group in
1st grade

The librarian hosts a daily book club for Tier I students in 1st grade

The librarian leads daily guided reading lessons for Kindergarten Tier
III students

The librarian also supports the science curriculum for 4th grade
through research projects
