science to prevent human errors

as they can. This knowledge
could and should be studied in
colleges and universities and

area of activity for each action
type, it could identify factors that
create human mistakes and
failures and then it could identify
solutions and measures to be
taken to prevent mistakes and
failures.

3. Efforts and expenses that will

be done by creating, developing,
learning and applicating the
science to prevent human errors
will not be much lower than the
positive effects of their

number of mistakes and failures
and their multiple, diverse and
very large negative effects.
Financial investment, energy,
time, etc.. in these activities
related to the prevention of
human errors and failures would
be very effective and necessary
and useful for both countries and
for people in particular. Each of
us in a greater or lesser way can
participate in the creation,
development and application of
the science to prevent human
errors.
