Procurement.

You must provide a response to every question. Please provide your response via email
by 5pm London time on 29 May 2014 to SukukProject@HMTreasury.gsi.gov.uk. All
responses must be provided as either Word or PDF documents, no less than size 11
font, and your entire response should not be more than 20 (twenty) A4 pages in
length.

specifically requested in this document the Service Description.

Please set out the process by which you would seek any required approvals from your Shariaa
board in reviewing the Sukuk structure that is being put in place, and the length of time that
this process would typically be expected to take.
