According to John Holland's theory (1971), most people are one of six personality types:

Before the students answer the career test, I asked them to write down their
ambition. This is because I want to see whether their ambition suit their personality or
not. Based on the graph above, we can see that girls have the highest score in
investigative (I) area. From the form, most of the girls wrote doctors, scientist, and
surgeon as their ambition. Their ambition suit the result of the test. They scored higher in
Investigative. Investigative, is good at understanding and solving science and math
problems, likes to study and solve math or science problems.

We can see that the boys have the highest score in social (S) area. From the
form, most of the boys wrote teachers, case worker, and counselor as their ambition.
Their ambition suit the result of the test. They scored higher in social. Social, is good at
teaching, counseling, nursing, or giving information, likes to do things to help people,
teaching, nursing, or giving first aid, providing information.

In addition to that, based on the graph 1 shown that realistic (R) only 2 pupils
which are boys scored in that particular group. While no girls scored in realistic group.
For artistic, 6 girls scored in that group while no boys in artistic group. For Enterprising,
only one boy from 6 Bijak results in enterprising. Both boys and girls shared the same
score in conventional (C) group. The main factors to this similarity are due to same
hobby, interest, and ability. 1. Conventional likes to work with numbers, records, or
machines in a set, orderly way, avoid ambiguous, unstructured activities, good at
working with written records and numbers in a systematic, orderly way. Values success
in business and sees self as orderly, and good at following a set plan. The possible
career for this type of people is reporter, banker and a text expert.

As a conclusion, from this career test, inventory of interest and career made by
Professor Holland able to identify my pupils interest and the pupils able to know whether
their interest suit their ambition.
