Led a team of 10 students to a built 450 kg EATV in 2 month deadline and managed bill settlements

Successfully tested a RC Electric ATV with maximum torque of 1243 Nm climbed a step height of 195 mm with payload of 300 kg
Designed 3D CAD models of brake assembly with motion analysis, bearing housing, steering assembly & motor-gearbox mounts

ASME Student Design Competition

Project 1: Developed the NC-code generation for wire-cutting of thin slots in a circular pattern on a disc
Used Visual Basic Application for precise cutting of 1.5mm slots with a tolerance of 50 m & verified on CNC wire-EDM machine
Project 2: Developed a VBA for Design of Experiment using dynamometer to develop comprehensive machinability database
Designed GUI take user input for cutting tool and machining process parameters, and added developer option in the application
Generated a systematic Design of Experiments(DoE) based on a full-factorial combinations matrix as the output.
Integrated the application with Delcam PowerMILL software using macros to generate 5-axis NC-codes and automatic 3 Axis code
