EXECUTIVE PROJECT

Project of our suppling in the executive phase include: drawings, drawings of every single
component of wall cladding, accessories, different unions, diagram and clamps particular, list of all
components.
Drawings will be send to the client in n. 3 copies for check and comment. After they will be revise
and finally delivered in n. 1 copy on magnetic support.
Eventually others disegns copies, if required and eventually modifications required by client will be
valued economically.
The default or delaying projects approval by the client, will involve a sliding of the delivery terms
without that the Client have no retaliation right, so give at the supplier , eventually and
documented, prices adjournement.
Projects approval is considered renounced conditions to go on with the supply.
Our project does not include:

Any practice about law disposition for building concession in your Country.
Expenses for eventually testing and sampling and/or laboratorys test.
If necessary inspection on site for technical and dimensional verification before, during and after
execution of project and works.
Remuneration for services above specified will be calculated including maximum dimension of

BURDENS ON SUPPLIER CHARGE.

- Material transport from factory to yard.
- The manpower specialized in the number for the best conduction of the work.
- The responsibility of the works, with exception of the employment of the raw material for which we have
guarantees give us from the houses manufacuterers.
- The realisation of the work that will have to be controlled and to be approved from the Client with
particular regard to the control of the measures
- All the necessary tools for the lay of the Hedars elements (drilling machine, shearing machine, lapping
machnine, guns).
- Personal equipments of security.
- Security operation plan (for the work of our pertinence)
- Cleaning work area with accumulation refusals in zone of the yard indicated from the Customer.
- Exclusive local agent GASOS in ABU DHABI will issue for the installation team, mission Visas and
Security Passes
CUSTOMERS BURDENS
- Discharge and storing of the materials.
- Yard services ( water, elettric power, staircase, tools deposit, hygenic service, ecc.)
- All the necessary scaffolds, scaffoldings and parapets.
- Place for storing and care for the materials.
- Movement of our materials in the yard area and for reasons subordinate to your necessities.
- Raising of our materials from earth to quote floor.
- Writing of the general plan of security and coordination.(DL14.08.96 n. 494 e 528/99)
- Preparation of the security work in according with the general plan of security.
- Tax (if existing)
- Refusals disposal.
- For our workers team: Room and board, transfer from lodging to yard and back.

GUARANTIES
Materials above mentrioned are guaranteed in according to the enforced law.

MEASUREMENTS

For coverings measurements of the works will be effectued: for the covers elements, walls,
coverings, floors, ceiling works, etc. multiplicand elementss number for real lenght for breadth of
the element adoptee.
For flangings and gutters will be calculate the real materials measure supplying, considering
shrinkage and superposition of the customer.
