1. Your Subscription account will be activated and its access details will be provided for the subscribed
Subscription plan (for subscribed number of users), after receiving the 100% payment only.
2. Your Subscription will remain active till either all your allotted table view limit or table download gets
consumed or expiry of the time period, which ever finishes or comes first, w.e.f date of activation.
3. All the contents of the Site(s) have been culled from various official sources for dissemination for research,
analysis, review and reference purposes.
4. The Site reasonably believes such sources to be reliable, but does not make any representations, express or
implied as to the accuracy or fitness of use of such information. The information or contents of the Site do
not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making (or refraining from making) any decision.

refundable.

violations will resultant to freeze the said account without any prior notice.
17. Other terms of use and rules of Subscription as formed/amended from time to time will also be applicable to
all the existing subscribers of the Site. In case any new or amended terms take effect in the middle of a
subscription, the user will be notified and will have option to cancel the subscription with a pro-rated refund.
Datanet India Pvt. Ltd, the owner of Indiastat.com and its associate sites reserves the right to accept or
cancel any subscription without any prior notice. In such case, the user will be refunded the subscription fee
for the balance period on pro-rate basis. The renewals are made on the prevailing terms only.
18. Any disputes or differences arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use shall be referred to and
finally resolved by arbitration of a sole arbitrator in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and
Conciliation Act, 1996, Govt. of India. Arbitration proceedings shall be held in Mumbai (India) and shall be
conducted in the English language.
