LETTER OF REQUEST

To whom it may concern:
Good day.
I am a student enrolled at Adamson University, College of Law. As part of our curriculum, we
are required to have an interview with a detainee. The questions to be asked will be for academic
and school purposes ONLY and will not be used for any other purposes. The parameters of the
questions are the following matters:
1. Basic information of the detainee such as name, age, etc.
2. Alleged crime committed
3. Procedure of arrest
I lieu with this, I am asking the permission of your good office to allow me to conduct a short
interview with one of your detainees. Rest assured that I will follow the rules and regulations
implemented in doing so. The interview should take no longer than one (1) hour.
