TENSES OF THE VERB IN ACTIVE AND PASSIVE VOICE
General Instructions. Change the verb inside the parenthesis into the correct form by
rewriting each sentence on the space provided.
A. SIMPLE PRESENT (Active to Passive)
Example: Sheila (opens) the door.
The door is opened by Sheila.

D. PAST PERFECT (Passive to Passive)


Example: The blue gown had been (wear) by her.
The blue gown had been worn by her.
1. The fruits had been (buy) by us.
2. The crucial credentials had been (leave) by me.
3. Last day, the laptop had been (forget) by her.
4. The famous lady had been (meet) by Nick.
5. The arrested man had been (jail) by the police.
