I have completed over 10 half marathons, 2 marathons, and an Ultra marathon.
I have a minor in Nutrition and continually use my knowledge in my personal life and
continue to update my knowledge based on newer findings and studies.
I have trained and worked with a 12 year old in completing her goal of running a half
marathon for her Bat Mitzvah project (refer to Mike Tonneson in references)
I have an extensive background and knowledge in; rock climbing, running, tumbling,
slacklining, and stunting
