ACHIEVEMENTS- Renee has a gift for the written word which gives creativity to all her work!
Renee is very talented and Lynn has very little editing to do when she writes her
blogs/newsletters
1. Wrote numerous blogs: Glamping; Vietnam attractions; Mission Conservation; Jess Peru trip;
Ians internship in Peru; Mariannes Costa Rica trip; Give the Gift of Travel; Craft Breweries;
tropical tree climbing
2. Daily posts on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook through use of HootSuite. Set up system to track
& monitor activity of social media posts. Renee organizes herself well, plans out the week and
then gives us a monthly report. We will eventually want to do the same thing on the website.
3. Uploaded staff bios to website, including her own
4. Sent numerous TC newsletters (Toris Thailand, 3 GoBundance, Karos Mexico and Cuba) formatted in Vertical Response, used P15 to gather marketing list
5. Wrote and sent WTA newsletter and Costa Rica newsletter to consumer/trade lists
6. Helped launch our new website! Completed photo work on numerous tours in WordPress (finding,
sizing and uploading), SEO work on major destinations landing pages as well as tour pages.
Worked closely with the marketing and product team to meet our launch goal. Renee worked
really hard and did a lot of work on this and it was very much appreciated. She was an integral
part of the team and worked well to get the job done.
7. Participated in helping James, our intern, learn WordPress. Has been a support for him when Im
unavailable.
8. Regularly adds news items, promotions and testimonials to website.
9. Began responding to e-newsletter sign-ups on 4/27; continues to do this weekly
10. Purchasing, organizing, and packaging YamPerks gifts with handwritten notes very excited about
the opportunity to send gifts, always very positive about YamPerks.
11. Weekly YamPeek video work with Lance Renee took ownership of this with Lance and they have
worked together well. Lynn mentioned that we used to do it and she just ran with the idea.
12. Formatted and shared Suchetas article on our press page, optimized there will be more articles
to do this for too.
13. Used Vocus/Cision PR platform software to build, update and expand media lists; sent WTA win
press release Lynn sees Renee using this even more in the future
14. Developed Yampus LinkedIn profile and began posting Renee took this on when no one else had
wanted to prior, she is working on the growth
15. Participated in ATTA marketing courses Lynn is happy that Renee is always willing to expand her
knowledge base and would like her to continue to do this
16. Renee has completed Google Analytics training too that has really helped the marketing
department
17. Renee has so many great ideas that she brings to the marketing meetings, Lynn feels they are
getting better at picking and choosing the best ideas.

DEVELOPMENTAL GOALS1. Implement an advertising plan on Social Media platforms (FB and LinkedIn). Manage a budget
and measure metrics for success. Utilize any promotional opportunities. Renee to develop a plan
for this.
2. Learn how to use Peak15 more effectively, including building marketing lists. Help us to target
marketing efforts help with targeted newsletters
3. Explore ways to expand reach of our blogs since theyre so well written! Renee thinks that
writing contribution blogs and articles will help to improve the reach.

GAME PLAN- List 3 Action Points to help achieve goals


1. Work with Lynn to identify incentive groups and corporations to target on LinkedIn
2. Attend a Seminar or Webinar about Social Media Marketing If Renee sees anything that she
thinks would be helpful for her learning, she will let Lynn know.
3. Assuming purchase of Adobe Creative Suite, begin using this to improve social media posts and
video capabilities for our website. Work closely with Lance and Beachy to refine our product. Take
any classes/sessions needed to use this platform effectively.

Overall, Lynn is very happy with Renee and her work. We think she is a great asset to the team.

EMPLOYEE FEEDBACK
Renee is excited about having new tools (Adobe) and thinks this will enable her to
complete even better work. She likes working with Lynn and doesnt feel
overwhelmed most of the time.
Lynn thinks that she has a lot on her plate but juggles her responsibilities well and is
very organized.

Renee will receive a pay raise of $0.50 per hour (per her offer letter) as of Monday
July 25, 2016
